What data I collect
Through the quote and contact forms I collect the data you provide yourself: name, e-mail address, telephone number (if you enter one) and information about the project — the location, an approximate budget, a description of what you want and links to files.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser type and information about how the site is used.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your inquiry and preparing a quote — article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Performing the contract and staying in touch during the project — article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Issuing invoices and meeting tax obligations — article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Establishing or pursuing any claims — article 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest).
- Visit statistics and protecting the forms from spam — article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long I keep data
- Inquiries that did not lead to work — 12 months from the last contact.
- Data relating to a contract — for the duration of the work, and then for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the year in which the invoice was issued).
Who I share data with
I do not sell your data and I do not share it for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by the providers I use to run the studio:
- the website and e-mail hosting provider,
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics (visit statistics) and reCAPTCHA (protecting the forms from spam),
- the accountancy office — for accounting documents.
- contractors, subcontractors and suppliers involved in delivering your project (joiners, fit-out teams, showrooms, materials suppliers) — only with your prior consent, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the work.

- analytics — Google Analytics,
- security — Google reCAPTCHA.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The form may then fail to remember your progress.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict and to port it, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Is providing data mandatory
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address I will not be able to answer your inquiry or prepare a quote. I do not make automated decisions and I do not profile users.
