I design recreational buildings up to 70 m² of footprint — the category Polish building law allows you to put up on notification, with no building permit and no permit-stage design.

I deliver a concept, drawings and visualizations, plus the drawings needed for the notification. This is not a permit-stage design in the legal sense and does not replace one signed by a licensed designer — but for this category of building, none is required. It takes 15 to 20 minutes.
